The information you provide in this application will be used to assess and process your membership. If you do not provide the requested information, we may not be able to process your application. The Club may use your personal information, including information collected when you use your membership card in gaming or other Club machines (excluding ATMs), to improve our services and to provide you with information about our facilities, promotions, and upcoming events; you may opt out of receiving such communications at any time by contacting the Club. The Club may disclose your personal information to third parties engaged by us to provide services on our behalf, and we take reasonable steps to ensure that those parties comply with the Privacy Act and maintain confidentiality and security. The Club does not otherwise disclose your personal information to any other organisation or individual unless you have consented, or the disclosure is required or authorised by law.
