Expression of Interest: Catering Services

Windsor RSL is investing in the future of dining at The Home of the Hawkesbury, and we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced catering operators to become our new kitchen partner.

For close to a century, Windsor RSL has been where the Hawkesbury gathers — for a Tuesday night parma, a Melbourne Cup lunch, an engagement party or milestone birthday celebration in the Courtyard, or a quiet dinner by the Fireplace. As we look to the next chapter for our dining operations, we are searching for a catering partner who shares our commitment to quality, creativity and genuine hospitality, and who is ready to bring fresh energy to our menus while honouring the community spirit that has always defined this Club.

This Expression of Interest marks Stage 1 of a two-stage selection process. We are looking for an operator with a proven track record in licensed clubs or comparable hospitality venues, a passion for local and seasonal produce, and a collaborative approach that puts our Members first. The successful partner will take on the full dining experience at Windsor RSL — from kitchen operations through to service, functions and events — working closely with our Club team to ensure the warm, familiar welcome our Members know stays exactly the same.
